Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 1777sz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 1777sz.org and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any feature of 1777sz, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms apply to all users of 1777sz, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors who browse the site. The Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms issued by 1777sz, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the specific offer in question.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1777sz Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be confiscated, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

(b) Legal Jurisdiction. You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using 1777sz is lawful in your country, state, province, or local area. 1777sz does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of your participation.

(c) Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 1777sz. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

(d) Own Identity. You must register using your own personal information. Registering using another person's identity, false information, or a fictitious persona is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 1777sz services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1777sz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1777sz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact 1777sz support immediately.

1777sz reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 1777sz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or process transactions in any currency other than PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a valid withdrawal request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being met and no outstanding compliance holds on the account. 1777sz reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used for deposits before processing a withdrawal to that method.

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your 1777sz balance instantly. Deposits made via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah are credited upon receipt and confirmation, generally within 15 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 1777sz is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

1777sz does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 1777sz bears no responsibility.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 1777sz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, international T20s, and other events, the rules governing market settlement are published within the relevant betting market. For casino games, including live dealer tables and RNG-based games, the rules displayed within each individual game govern play.

1777sz reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the relevant account balance. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would have recognised as clearly incorrect at the time the bet was placed.

Bets accepted by the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the right of 1777sz to void bets as described above. You are solely responsible for the bets you place, including any errors you make in selection, stake, or market.

Bonuses & Promotions

1777sz may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, which may include wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 1777sz reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus offer, or to decline a bonus request, if it reasonably believes that the bonus is being claimed for purposes other than genuine recreational play, or that the User has engaged in any form of bonus abuse or collusive play. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1777sz and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

(a) Registering or attempting to register more than one account per individual;
(b) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
(c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
(d) Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
(e) Exploiting software errors or glitches;
(f) Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
(g) Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
(h) Any conduct that 1777sz reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777sz platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game titles, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 1777sz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise use any content from 1777sz without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of 1777sz intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1777sz and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

1777sz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. 1777sz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

1777sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; the age or identity of the account holder cannot be verified; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

In the event of account closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If it is subsequently established that the account was used in breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the account holder's most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 1777sz account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding bets or casino rounds at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules before the account balance is returned.

Amendments to These Terms

1777sz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, 1777sz will endeavour to provide notice to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 1777sz Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1777sz is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 1777sz complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
